Survival Skills

The first objective for any infant or child must be the ability to look after themselves in the water should they find themselves there alone. This means being able to float on their back to rest and breath and as they get older develop the "swim float swim" to reach a point of safety.
Survival Skill lessons can usually start as soon as your infant is crawling and any child under 3 years must go through survival skills lessons as a prerequisite for group lessons.

Parent Child Lessons

A great time to bond with your child in the pool! Parent Child Lessons are provided as a follow on to survival swim lesson to help parents continue to work with their infants in a fun, safe and consistent manner.

Pre-School Aquatics

This American Red Cross aquatic program introduces children to the water with basic movement with safety education as a critical element. Groups of no more than four give your child plenty of time to have fun and practice within the 30 minute lesson. Lessons are held twice a week for four weeks.

Learn To Swim

This American Red Cross program helps children develop and improve basic stroke while staying safety aware. Group lessons are held twice a week for four weeks.

Adult / Child water adaptation

One on one lessons to help older children and adults address their aquatic fears. Lesson times / frequency and objectives are set according to the individual needs of each student.
